Shipping Instructions: Please be sure that the blade of your knife says "Wenger Delemont Switzerland Stainless".  Include a check or money order in the amount of $3.00 (US Dollars), payable to Wenger NA to cover the cost of return shipping and handling. (California residents exempt). PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH.  When sending in your knife to our service location, please pack it carefully and securely. Be sure to include your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and a note explaining the nature of the problem.  When shipping, we recommend that you insure your knife against damage, theft or loss. We are not responsible for damage, theft or loss during shipping. 

Wenger Genuine Swiss Army knives will repair, or at their option, replace any defective Wenger Genuine Swiss Army knife with the same or comparable model. They will refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not commercially practical or cannot be made in a timely fashion. When shipping, they recommend that you insure your Wenger Genuine Swiss Army knife against damage, theft, or loss during shipping.

What is the Warranty?  

Victorinox Swiss Army Knife Warranty: Limited Lifetime Warranty - Victorinox guarantees all Multi-Tools to be of first-class steel and provides a lifetime warranty against any defects in material and workmanship.  The warranty does not apply to damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use of any of the implements (including repairs or alterations other than by our Authorized Service Center).  This warranty gives you specific legal rights.  Additional rights may be available under the laws of your State or Province.  It is in place of all other warranties, including warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and warranty of merchantability and excludes any liability for incidental or consequential damages.

Wenger Genuine Swiss Army Knife Warranty:  Here is the Wenger Swiss Army Knife Warranty in thier own words - "All Wenger Genuine Swiss Army Knives, purchased in the U.S.A. and its territories and possessions, are warranted for the lifetime of the original purchaser, against breakage or malfunction, under normal use, due to defects in material or workmanship.
